We’re looking for a Relationship Executive – Airline & Travel to join our ever-evolving team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you will be doing

In this role you will support the Relationship Manager & Senior Relationship Manager in key activities to drive merchant advocacy and growth, developing a partnership with the merchant, enabling advice and consultancy.

You will ensure the merchant is kept informed and up to the date on the industry and all aspects on their business and act as the relationship owner when RM/Senior Rm is out of office or not contactable.

Role responsibilities:

Develop insights and merchant-facing materials to support Senior RM/RM in developing cross-sell opportunities and driving share of wallet growth based on thorough understanding of merchant strategy and growth ambitionsPlanning and tracking account activity in CRM. Ensuring data is accurate and up to date in systems for all accountsConduct initial analysis on pricing, supporting meeting planning and preparing customised merchant-facing materials to support commercial-oriented and roadmap-oriented dialogue (e.g. Quarterly business reviews)Liaising with Vertical Leads, Delivery, Product Managers and Schemes Management teams to develop highly customised solutions and advice to support merchant innovation and following up on merchant-led projects with relevant teams

What you bring:

Ideally, 2 years’ experience in PaymentsConfident self starter with a can do attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to engage at C LevelCompetent in all Microsoft products
