Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will work with the Agent Partnerships Team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer growth, support existing clients, improve retention, increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients ( Agents ) understand the value of Flywire Payment Solution.
The Relationship Manager, Agent Partnerships will report to the Relationship Management Lead for their region in India.
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
5+ years or more of experience in the International Education Recruitment Industry outbound from India.Ability to travel both locally and interstate within the region to establish and nurture client relationships.Existing International Education Agents relations will be a plusStrong attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skillsShould be good in verbal numerical skillsExperience & understanding of Higher Education Industry (helpful)Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executivesLocal language / dialect speaking is advantageous in order to speak to clients within the certain regionsAdditional Information
