This position is a Relationship Manager within the Alternatives segment . The successful candidate will have responsibility for a number of State Street clients that are serviced across fund domiciles in North America, EMEA and APAC and will support Senior Relationship colleagues with strategic clients. The role presents an opportunity to engage with senior executives both internally and at industry leading alternatives managers to help shape and drive State Street’s strategy in servicing a number of strategic clients in North America.
As part of the remit, the Relationship Manager will cultivate a deep understanding of the client’s business and the services provided by State Street, with the objective of optimizing client satisfaction, ensuring that the client experiences an excellent client experience at State Street. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within their client base.
Individual accountabilities include client & STT strategic alignment, thought leadership, client communication, monitoring satisfaction levels and sharing feedback internally, seeking out strategic revenue opportunities and relationship governance.
The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders in commercial negotiations, and will ensure compliance with contract terms.

What you will be responsible for
As Relationship Manager you will:
Strengthen and deepen relationships with our clients. Deliver constant monitoring of the client’s perception of the quality of our services (NPS score), partner with business leads to maintain strong focus on client service and requirements.Manages assigned client(s) to development of new business and/ or products while retaining existing revenue streams.Responsible for achievement of organic, incremental growth, new business committed revenue, and overall target revenue goals with assigned client(s).Prepares account plans and delivers business overviews to internal stakeholders for assigned client(s) to include but not limited to pipeline, trending, and year over year analysis.Maintains all relevant data for their assigned accounts in SF360 CRM including but not limited to account information, contacts, opportunities, meetings, current providers insights, and campaigns.Drives cohesive coordination of State Street Services to the client between client delivery, product groups, regional teams, sales staff and the client to deliver our solutions to the client.Serves as an escalation point for critical service issues or roadblocks. Shepherds issues through to resolution.Assists with client presentation preparation, client meetings, product collaboration, RFPs and sales execution.Develops and reports on client(s) metrics and dashboards. Accountable for meeting assigned KPIs.Manages the finalization of Due Diligence Questionnaires for this client when received.Partners with the various members of the client operations team to develop synergies, leverage experience and expertise, and improve overall customer results.In conjunction with senior internal stakehoders solution service models for unique and bespoke servicing needs.Coordinates any required or developmental communications with the client for State Street.Serves as the interface for compliance, regulatory, reputational matters between clients and STT.In conjunction with onboarding teams ensures client onboarding for new assets and/or risk management activities are conducted with a high degree of client satisfaction.Support Senior Relationship colleaguesWhat we value

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
