ResponsibilitiesTeam Select Home Care is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Team Select family. The Relationship Manager will work with both internal staff and patients and their families. They will also assist with payroll and scheduling of our field staff. The Relationship Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Operations Manager and scheduling department. Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers.Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, other recruiters, media, internet sites and check resources frequently.Does “internal sales calls” and setting appointments with candidates and managersDemonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisionsMaintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationshipsMeet all deadlines on special projects as assignedMaintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee mattersFollow and promote the Compliance PlanEstablish community involvement which would promote recruiting goalsAchieve recruiting goals as set up monthlyMaintain a working relationship with candidates after the hire process and communicate any challenges or need for process changes to the hiring managersMonitor all recruiting sources dailyPerform all other job tasks as assigned Qualifications College degree, preferred. Healthcare experience, preferred1+ years of experience with schedule/staffing.Home care experience is a plusOur Benefits:
