Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key decision-makers of self-insured clients to safeguard the Company’s client relationshipsManage a portfolio of about 15 - 20 clients, meeting with them quarterly to guide them through claims performance results, disputes, rehabilitation objectives and AEP Program reviewsManage annual reviews of client contracts and pricing structures, including cost-benefit analysesProgress key ACC strategic outcomes and business capabilities while managing accredited employer contractsFacilitate payment and debt management plans, influencing improvements in return-to-work ratesWhat you need to have:
Proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation skills and excellent communication capabilitiesExpert knowledge of injury claims management and the ACC AEP programme, with the ability to translate client needs into comprehensive solutionsExtensive industry network and intelligence, with the ability to build and execute market-based sales plansStrong management, leadership, mentoring, and reporting skillsSelf-motivated, energetic, and able to analyse and interpret statistical and performance-related dataWhat makes you stand out:
