JP Morgan are seeking a highly organized and structured Relationship Manager to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with our strategic fund partners for the International Private Bank.
As a relationship manager you will play an integral part in our client service delivery, while utilising a strong background in wealth management and the fund industry. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain a well-organized approach are paramount to success in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Practice Strategic Relationship Management: Lead efforts in managing and nurturing relationships with strategic fund partners, ensuring alignment with the International Private Bank's priorities. Display Organizational Excellence: Implement and maintain a structured approach to track all activities, initiatives, and key team responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution. Use Effective Communication: Serve as a key communicator between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of seniority. Practice Strategic Execution: Collaborate with senior management to define and be pivotal for the execution of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Display Data Management and CRM Proficiency: Utilize strong data management skills and CRM systems to enhance relationship management and decision-making processes.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the wealth management and fund industry. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly competent with core MS Office applications and CRM. Strong written and verbal English required. Another language is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
