We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager Advisor.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide investment support, education and guidance to clients, prospects, and RMs from Private Client Teams (PC RMs)Assess client need, experience, expectations and risk tolerance and develop comprehensive investment strategy and asset allocation proposal appropriate to clientsExecution of investment strategy with appropriate products and servicesEnsure use of open architecture product selection to ensure best in class product offering Monitor client portfolios for performance, appropriateness and opportunity and provide updates on investment opportunities to clients, prospects and PC RMsAttend client meetings with PC RMs to review the investment portfolios on an ad-hoc basis and provided investment recommendationsPartner with RMs to deepen wallet share for new and existing clientsProvide input and support for the development of new business initiatives and product enhancementConduct training related to products and market insights, as well as sales suitability requirement to PC staff as necessaryIdentify and raise issues or limitations related to product, platform, operations, systems or pricing to relevant SMEsEnsure integrity of sales process and compliance with all HSBC and regulatory policiesMaintain current knowledge of competitor investment capabilities, product offering and pricing policiesTo maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
