About the team

As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.

What you’ll own

Manage relationships and multi-level merchant engagements. Strategic account mapping and planningRetention, developing, and growing of each account.Well versed with products and services offering, ability to cross-sell and upsell to achieve quota. Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best merchant engagement in experience.Diligently create and manage pipeline with timely and accurate updates in salesforce.Creatively generate and create best suited presentation materials for each internal and external meeting. Willingness to travel as and when if required.Other related duties assigned as needed.  

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our Sydney hub. With hubs in the heart of city centers and tech capitals, things move fast in APAC. We pride ourselves on being an agile and dynamic collective, collaborating with different teams and offices across the globe.

What you bring

More than 3 years of account management experience interacting and partnering with senior management.Proficient in both speaking and writing in English.Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in payments, fintech or financial services.Experience in payments will be a bonus.
