We are looking for a Release Manager to join our growing team in Argentina, México or Canada!
Role - Release Manager
Location - Remote (ARG/MX/CA)
Job Description:
The candidate will own the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various Portfolios. The releases can be inclusive of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects and Programs and will assume the responsibilities which will include but not limited to:
1. Support all Release Managers as needed during Releases
2. This Release Manager will own the Release Management of the RT cycle and process managing Risks and ensuring issues are addressed timely and/or Releases at risk are moved out of the Release
3. Manage risks and resolves Lower environment and/or Testing issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
4. Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
5. Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and with
in budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
6. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.
7. Produce Release Management dashboard and Weekly Release Metric Reporting.
8. Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.
9. Communicate release details and schedules to the Business Units, Project Management and Information Services staff.
10. Participate in the Change Advisory Board meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks.
11. Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
Work under the direction and guidance of AVP Director, Release Management to acquire the knowledge and execute the tasks to meet expected deliverables and or results.
Availability: Resources must be available at night/weekend during Release week Experience
Must Haves
1. Must have at least one year Release Management experience
2. Solid working knowledge of Excel
3. Thorough understanding of Agile practices

1. Tableau is a plus
2. DevOps
