Kforce has a client that is seeking a Release Train Engineer in San Antonio, TX. About the Role: Are you an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with a passion for Agile excellence? We're looking for a SAFe-certified leader to drive Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our Insurance & Property & Casualty (P&C) domain. This is an exciting opportunity to orchestrate Agile delivery, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure smooth execution of large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. Duties: * Release Train Engineer will lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to align teams on goals, dependencies, and delivery timelines * Implement and optimize SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) best practices to ensure efficient Agile execution * Coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning, facilitating ART events such as Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos * Act as a servant leader, removing roadblocks and driving continuous improvement within the Agile teams * As a Release Train Engineer, you will ensure alignment between business strategy, IT execution, and compliance with insurance regulations * Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Teams on Agile principles and SAFe methodologies * Track and communicate key performance metrics, identifying risks and fostering transparency * Drive cross-team collaboration, engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth project execution
