Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Release Train Engineer. Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring the alignment of teams, processes, and execution with business priorities * Facilitate SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring teams collaborate effectively to deliver value * Drive Lean-Agile best practices, supporting Agile teams in adopting and improving Agile methodologies * Manage and track program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments, proactively addressing blockers * Help the ART manage their budget, mitigate risks and any productivity related issues * Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and PI Planning sessions * Foster continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile best practices and SAFe principles * Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Business Owners to optimize the flow of value delivery * Work closely with Senior Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leaders to align ART objectives with organizational strategy * Serve as a key liaison between teams and executive leadership, ensuring transparency in program progress and challenges * Provide metrics-driven insights on Agile performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement * Coordinate with Business Unit Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment and adherence to key deadline and reporting requirements * Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Teams, promoting a culture of self organization and accountability
