What does a successful Train Release Engineer/Agile Coach do?

You will help adopt Scrum techniques and facilitate all Agile processes in our team. You will ensure SAFe/Scrum adoption accelerates and alignes with overall Fiserv strategy.

What you will do:

Lead the ART (Agile Release Train) activities by organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremoniesCoach Leaders, Teams, Scrum Masters and ART in Lean-Agile practices and mindsetCollaborate in building high-performance teams; help implement wider Lean-Agile transformation across the Product and TechnologyFacilitate PI Planning readiness, monitor PI progress and facilitate execution of planning intervalsEnsure that Team PI Objectives are summarized into Program PI Objectives and published for transparencyMonitor the performance and progress of the Agile Release TrainCollaborate with RTE Leadership to mitigate risk, manage dependencies, escalate and track impediments and coordinate impediment removal as well as address problems that cannot be resolved independentlyFacilitate continuous improvement across the ART and encourage teams to reflect on their processes, identify areas for improvement and encourage experimentation, feedback loops and the adoption of Agile practicesOrganize and conduct trainings and workshops.

What you will need to have:

A few years relevant experienceKnowledge of SDLC processFamiliar with Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence), Clarity, MS Project, Visio and othersAgile Expertise: Presents deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and variety of Lean / Agile methodologies along with hands-on experience in leading Agile transformation at scaleFlexible to adapt the approach based on the specific contextExcellent at coaching and influencing individuals at all levelsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, self motivation, self-driven, confident in ideas and capable of implementing them proactively and independently.
