Job description :

Under the immediate supervision of the Engineering Department Manager, you will contribute by participating in plant equipment performance monitoring, improvement management and coordination of maintenance activities associated with integrity.

Responsabilities :

Monitor and improve equipment performance indicators (KPIs). Manage failure investigations to identify causes (RCA) and corrective actions. Maintain integrity program, plan inspections and supervise work. Support engineering and maintenance teams for continuous improvement projects. Participate in tender procedures and cost monitoring. Prepare documents for maintenance program (preventive/predictive) and commissioning. Provide technical support for operations and on-site support during construction work.

Skills and qualifications :

University degree in mechanical engineering and OIQ membership Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role and sector Knowledge of analysis tools such as (RCFA, HAZOP, RCM, KPI's) Experience with condition-based maintenance and inventory management Fluent written and spoken French / English Ability to work as part of a team and to communicate with various hierarchical levels Ability to work with initiative and leadership Available for occasional travel in the U.S. Apply
