Annual Wage Range: $98,273.60  - $135,126.20

Job Description Responsibilities Create/Update Asset Care Plan (ACP) after failure of an identified bad actor or critical A/B equipment Identify opportunities for improvement Implement Failure Elimination Program Collaborate with maintenance & reliability engineers and subject matter experts (SME) Contribute to recommendations to Maintenance, Reliability, Operations and Engineering Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Industrial manufacturing experience in processes such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery, Pharmaceutical 5+ years experience in manufacturing maintenance or reliability Computer proficiency with Microsoft 365 Physical Requirements and Environment Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft. Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings. Preferred Qualifications Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module Experience with Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI Experience interpretating condition monitoring findings from various tools such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography
