Seeking a Reliability Engineer to support patient-facing iOS and Android applications by conducting reliability testing, managing risk documentation, and leading FMEAs within a regulated medical device environment.
Job Requirements:
BSEE or BSME
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in medical device development
Familiarity with app development (iOS and Android)
Availability to work onsite at least 3 days per week
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading FMEA sessions
Proficiency in system reliability testing methods
Knowledge of statistical process control procedures
Risk management documentation for regulated industries
Job Responsibilities:
Perform system reliability testing and data analysis on patient apps
Lead and document Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs)
Develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies
Recommend and implement design/test methods to improve reliability
Complete risk analysis studies of new designs and processes
Investigate variables impacting product and process reliability
Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards
Develop reliability engineering programs aligned with regulatory requirements
Analyze performance reports, process statistics, and DOE results
Propose design or process modifications to improve system reliability
Specify testing parameters and sample sizes for environmental reliability testing
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
