Job Title: Reliability Engineer Job Description We are seeking a high-level Reliability Engineering Consultant with experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices. Responsibilities + Coach the team on evaluating and improving the reliability of an electromechanical hand piece. + Help the team understand and apply concepts like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), and Bathtub Curve analysis. + Assess whether the team has the right data, what additional data is needed, and whether accelerated testing is required. + Recommend medium-level design changes to improve reliability, avoiding full redesigns. + Guide Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for potential design improvements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
