•  Provides support to manufacturing site to develop, optimize, implement & manage
1.  Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs 2.  MRO Inventory Management systems 3.  KAMS (Kerry Asset Maintenance System) process and tools
4.  Computer Maintenance Management Systems (SAP-PM)
5.  Best maintenance practices and standards
6.  Support Plant shutdown preparation planning
•  Support manufacturing sites in implementing and executing their Maintenance Excellence Program
1.  Maintenance Fundamentals
2.  Reliability Centered Maintenance
3.  Operational Excellence
•  Collaborate with sites to define Asset Criticality and Reliability Maintenance strategies
•  Utilize and leverage Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to optimize cost, identify gaps and identify opportunities to improve asset performance
•  Lead and support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and continuous improvement tools (i.e. RCA, Fishbone, DMAIC and FMECA)
•  Support Project teams during equipment selection and defining Preventative/Predictive Maintenance strategies for new assets
•  Collaborating with Procurement, participate in the development and evaluation MRO suppliers and 3rd party maintenance service providers
•  Support other functions with Maintenance and Reliability related inquires and expertise
•  Maintain and deploy a broad knowledge of industry trends and new technology innovation in Maintenance and Reliability to enhance Kerry manufacturing and operational capabilities
•  Liaise with regional asset care team to deploy maintenance & reliability standards and goals.

What will you need to be Successful?

Competencies
•  Demonstrated experience and capability in maintenance, reliability engineering, statistical data analysis and continuous improvement tools and methodology
•  Knowledge and practical experience Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), SAP preferred •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or other related tools •  Ability to develop and deploy a disciplined approach to engineering and maintenance, with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong planning skills, and the ability to follow-up and successfully execute plans
•  Continuous improvement mindset with high change agility
•  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to influence, coach and develop colleagues not in a reporting relationship
•  Results oriented and ability to deliver successful outcomes
•  Ability to work independently across multiple sites and stakeholders, both internal and external
•  EQ (emotional quotient) awareness in self-management and engagement of others

Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent technical degree
•  5+ years of progressive experience in engineering, reliability, maintenance or related field
•  Practical experience in Continuous Improvement methodology and tools
•  Manufacturing background in Food & Beverage / Chemicals / Pharma preferred
•  Professional certification as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred
•  Comfortable working on the factory floor

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $73,758 to $108,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
