Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reliability Engineer – Operations to join our team at our corporate office in Omaha, NE. In this pivotal role, you will drive the reliability of our soy processing, oil refining, and grain operations, ensuring our systems operate at peak performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying potential failures, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing our operational efficiency.

 

What You’ll Do

Lead Reliability Initiatives: Develop and implement assessment and management methods to improve operational reliability. Conduct Analysis: Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), reliability hazard analysis, root cause analysis, and more. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, report findings, and drive continuous improvement. Design and Test: Create new systems and processes, conducting rigorous tests to ensure reliability and efficiency. Optimize Maintenance: Implement Preventative/Planned Maintenance Optimization strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

Travel Requirements
This role involves regular travel to our plant locations across Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota, ensuring you engage directly with our operations and teams.
