Reliability Engineer
**Description** The reliability Engineering will work closely with the Operational Workcenters to optimize the plant performance on the following KPI’s: + Safety - Avoid incidents by always working safe and identifying and mitigating/escalating safety risks + Environment - Avoid incidents by always following environmental standards and identifying and mitigating/escalating environmental risks/issues + Quality - Avoid incidents by always following quality standards and identifying and mitigating/escalating quality risks/issues + Cost - Improve controllable cost over time through identifying and eliminating losses Engineering & Operations + Creating and monitoring life cycle asset management plans + Developing proactive maintenance procedures + Performing predictive analysis + Conducting failure mode and effects analysis + Conducting root cause analysis + Planning performance evaluation assessments + Reviewing newly installed plant and equipment + Providing technical support + Monitoring overall equipment effectiveness – responsible for Tech & Ops failure time Lean Manufacturing: + Own a Daily Management System for the area + Priority Setting through Shift Hand over and Daily Meeting and effective escalation of issues to TL/MP **Qualifications** Minimum Education level: Bachelor degree Minimum Years of Experience: 6 Licenses or Certifications: Engineering, Supply Chain Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): Experience and education in process engineering and preventive maintenance, equipment effectiveness Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
