In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our maintenance technician team, driving the management and execution of our manufacturing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management: Lead maintenance tasks for manufacturing machines, ensuring standards are met.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans, adhering to safety and quality standards.Corrective Maintenance: Organize corrective maintenance aligned with shutdowns for efficient operations.Problem-Solving: Minimize unplanned downtime and promote a prevention mindset within the team.Daily Leadership: Manage daily agendas for machine performance, reporting, and maintenance scheduling.Team Management: Lead the maintenance team, optimizing resource allocation and planning.Continuous Improvement: Coordinate improvement requests, fostering a culture of innovation.Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to HSE standards for a safe working environment.Cost Control: Manage maintenance costs and ensure compliance with regulations.Performance Assessment: Regularly evaluate preventive maintenance performance for program updates.CAPEX Management: Lead capital projects related to equipment maintenance and upgrades.Mentorship: Enhance technical skills of team members through coaching and development.What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.Experience: Proven experience in managing manufacturing assets at an industrial scale, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.Expertise: Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting and a strong grasp of preventive maintenance and CMMS programs.Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.Team Player: Ability to foster collaboration and be fluent in English (spoken and written).Ready to embark on this exciting journey with Mars Wrigley?
