Reliability Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Title** Reliability Maintenance Supervisor **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **POSITION SUMMARY** We are recruiting for a Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor. This position is critical to the ongoing success of our maintenance and reliability efforts. The R&M Supervisor is responsible for managing the efforts around identifying an executable work package that should contain, but is not limited to, the C&W or client work plan (including the process and desired end results), the necessary materials, tools, permits, and labor requirements and developing Time-Phased plan for execution in alignment with reliability excellence processes. The R&M Supervisor is also expected to spend the appropriate amount of time with the maintenance team inspecting work site to ensure that all safety and work process considerations are incorporated into the job plan; and will work with Account Director in generating supply plan to fulfill requirements of the demand plan. They will work with the maintenance team across to ensure supply is available to meet demand requirements. The role is also responsible for deploying new process changes, templates, work on projects with other functions to account for organizational changes. Overall, assists the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead, supervise, TRAIN, and coordinate maintenance staff, including mechanics, technicians, and other relevant personnel. + Schedule and assign maintenance tasks and monitor their completion. + Identify and assess equipment reliability issues and develop strategies to address them. + Implement preventive maintenance plans and predictive maintenance techniques to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. + Coordinate between planning and manufacturing teams to achieve schedule attainment demands, downtime based on constraints within supply, capacity, equipment availability or other aspects of operations. + Conduct regular audits to assess the condition of equipment, identifying potential issues. + Work with facilities team to develop and maintain lists of critical spares, Audit materials management process with regularly scheduled cycle counts, Support management with data to implement corrective action as discovered in cycle counts, KPIs or other data. + Assist in the development of maintenance and reliability budgets. + Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. + Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance data. + Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies. + Ability to follow and give high regard to both vendors and customer service. + Due to the nature of manufacturing operations, the incumbent may be required to be available for specific operations or projects. + Assists in implementation and Coordination of 5S activities. + Prepare reports for appropriate personnel on machine condition, recommend corrective action and report on the effectiveness of repairs. + Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment + Create work orders and assign work orders to the engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Report on open and closed work orders and check the status of open work orders with the assigned party. + Continuous improvement, lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, develop and utilize metrics and KPI's for decision making and corrective actions. Provide reports to management for maintenance activities. + Train vendors on safety compliance. + Provide process and procedures training and direction to new associates + Assist in coordination of special events in support of client, ie: shutdown + Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements + Extensive work within CMMS documenting details of repairs, replacements and reporting capabilities. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** + Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline. In lieu of Associated Degree, certifications in a trades related field is a plus with 5+ years of experience. + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance scheduling role + Experience performing, executing, planning, and scheduling electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building envelope maintenance tasks. Multi-skilled trades capability. + Must have experience working with CMMS systems, Maximo preferred + Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in pharmaceutical industries is preferred + Technical knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, process automation, and controls and reading MEP drawings + Ability to communicate effectively across functional groups at all levels + Strong time management and organizational skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Knowledge of cGMP standards + Positive attitude and strong work ethic C&W Services is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative​ Action employer.
