JR65029 Reliability Operation TechnicianAs an MSB Reliability Lab Equipment Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the activities of Rel Operation and Process Engineers in quality improvement and ramping all new technologies while focusing on being cost effective in manufacturing. You will collaborate with the Operation team to maintain a healthy equipment status to support Rel activities, as well as conducting equipment training to Operation team. Additional responsibilities include engaging in continuous development of equipment knowledge, process knowledge, implementing new equipment and/or material, performing engineering evaluations and data collection as well as working on other continuous improvement projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance:
Coordinate with vendors on PM/Calibration/Repair services
Maintain entries into ETO system for equipment status updates
Perform technical and verification support on equipment issues
Provide equipment configuration setup and support to Operation/Engineering team
Perform calibration for power supplies/multimeters
Lab materials/tools management:
Perform buyoff for new HAST Board/high temp tray/reflow tray/CSAM tray
Assist Engineer in new equipment buyoff activity
Perform first pass HAST Board troubleshooting and follow up on repair process
Maintain Lab ESD
Perform ESD checks for Reliability Lab ESD items/wriststrap monitors/ionizers
Others
Foster closer collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
Focus on requester needs and provide timely solutions.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering
Basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing techniques and technologies
5 or more years of relevant experience (to be considered for senior technician role) involved in any of the following:
