In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You will be responsible for achieving an annual sales target of approximately +US$2M by providing driven and accurate pricing on proposals while maintaining profit margins. Regularly, you will supervise and report sales activities, market pricing, and competitor information. Developing and leading sales opportunities through CRM and supporting project opportunities are key aspects of the role. You will collaborate with engineering to create technical specifications, ensure project compliance with company policies, and promote post-sales support throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will develop strategies for key customer accounts, lead project pursuits, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.

For This Role, You Will Need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial reliability automation sales, with knowledge of reliability technical/engineering operations. Proficiency in Spanish (native) and intermediate English is required. Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Familiarity with Emerson Automation Solutions technology is a plus. Experience working with large, sophisticated organizations, understanding of strategic accounts, sales channels, and private market dynamics, and strong presentation skills will improve your ability to succeed. A background in Reliability, Sales Management, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Automation & Control) or Business Administration, along with 5+ years of sales experience, is helpful.
