Job Title Reliability Tech B3 Position Overview Reliability Tech B3 This role will be a combination of the Technician Electrician 3 and Reliability Technician B role to support Plant SI. This role will be primarily focused on maintaining and ensuring capacity of equipment assets in assigned areas of responsibility that impact optimal efficiencies at lowest reasonable cost with the highest reliability. Primary Responsibilities: + Provide support to the manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and/or repairing industrial equipment including electrical components, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers and boilers + Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems + Clearly communicate all relevant information to the appropriate teams + Observe all safety precautions and standards. + Displays a positive attitude, initiative, and desire to continuously improve. + Troubleshoot and execute repairs of equipment causing or contributing to safety, quality, downtime/productivity opportunities and issues + Maintain/Troubleshoot RGV’s/LGV’s and other automated material handling equipment Primary Requirements: + Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts + Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems + Strong computer skills + Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement corrective action + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with production staff + Must have a flexible work schedule to include overtime as applicable + Industrial welding experience a plus + Experience in a highly automated facility a plus + Experience working on winding equipment a plus + Ability to program PLC’s and understand the manufacturing processes that they accompany Competencies: + Work Standards + Solve Problems + Build Customer Satisfaction + Collaborate Shaw b enefits include: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Life insurance and disability coverage + Tuition reimbursement + Employee assistance program + Health savings account + Paid Time Off + Parental Leave + 401K and Retirement Plans + Product discounts for employees + Adoption a ssistance + Shaw Family Health Center (Dalton, GA , and Cartersville, GA, location s ) + And much more.
