The Smith’s Snackfood Company , based at Tingalpa, are seeking expressions of interest for an energetic and results-focused Team Coordinator to join our Reliability Team on the Day Shift. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, measuring and reporting issues and processes that negatively affect production, maintenance efficiency, safety or output. This role will support the Reliability and Maintenance Manager address these issues through various forums and ensure that preventative and corrective deliverables are met. You will also be actively involved and assisting the Facilities Manager, and covering when he is away on planned leave. Details: Tingalpa-based location Full Time Permanent – Day Shift. $58.61 per hour. Support the sites lubrication and Condition based maintenance program. Site facilities focus in particular on Steam systems and boilers. Drive positive change for safety, environment, asset risk and plant performance. Conduct root cause analysis on plant failures, investigations, and defect elimination projects. About You: A flexible attitude, with a results-driven focus. Strong influencing and engagement skills. Proven leadership and influencing skills. A clear and dedicated communicator, committed to educating and delivering the reliability concept to others.
