Responsibilities:
The Reliability Test Operator will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipmentLoading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boardsLoading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuitsPerform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testingOperation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rackUse of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysisPerform FA sample preparation tasks such as cross-sectioning and chemical decapsulation of IC devices. Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis Requirements:A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification.1-2 years of experience as an Operator in the semiconductor industry.  Working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
