Short & Sweet: Relieve operators on their days off and breaks by completing all tasks expected of operators at each position.

 

Schedule: 

12 HOUR SHIFT 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM 2, 2, 3 rotation 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results Must be able to read/write and perform basic mathematical functions Familiarity or ability to learn SAP, or similar integrated manufacturing system Must be 18 years of age Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing Must be able to support 24/7/354 operation with weekends and holidays Preferred Prior food industry experience Able to lead others effectively, including training, coaching, and developing others
