Description:

 

Perform according to Standard Operating Procedures in all positions. Know all job functions of operators in the Cheese Processing Department Comply with all good housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Procedures. Communicate effectively with co-workers, maintenance and depart­ment management. Follow all required safety practices and procedures. Assist with dicers during changeovers. Collect, weigh, and record all shift scrap and redice.

 

Schedule: 

12 HOUR SHIFT 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM 2, 2, 3 rotation 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays

 

Qualifications:

Minimum

Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results Must be able to read/write and perform basic mathematical functions Familiarity or ability to learn SAP, or similar integrated manufacturing system Must be 18 years of age Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing Must be able to support 24/7/354 operation with weekends and holidays Preferred Prior food industry experience Able to lead others effectively, including training, coaching, and developing others
