Introduction
We are seeking a Relining Services Coordinator to join our relining services team. You will be responsible for quoting, planning and performing reline projects of varying size and complexity.
In this position, you will report to Professional Services.
This position can be in several locations within Canada: Burlington, Montreal, Sudbury. However, it involves up to 30% of travel to customer sites.

What you’ll do:
Project Management: Oversee project initiation, carrying out, reporting, and completion, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. SAP Skills: Create and maintain project and sales orders in SAP, keeping everything organized and up to date. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Relining Services Manager, Supervisor, and Technical Support team to plan and implement efficient reline projects. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals for relining services. Process Optimization: Maintain document control, database management, and track project activities to ensure smooth team communication. Logistics Coordination: Plan, arrange, and monitor all shipping logistics, ensuring seamless fulfillment. Reporting & Financial Oversight: Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track job completion, invoicing accuracy, and project costs. Procurement Management: Act as a key user for issuing purchase orders for project materials. Travel & Training Support: Facilitate travel logistics (flights and accommodations) and coordinate training logistics, including HSE requirements. Shutdown Report Management: Assist the relining team in creating and reviewing shutdown reports for process improvements. Customer Invoicing: Handle periodic and final billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Who You Are:
An extensive background in project coordination within technical or service-based industries. Proficiency in SAP and experience managing project workflows in ERP systems. Proficient organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a busy environment. Effective communication skills to satisfactorily coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with financial analysis related to project costs and margins.The ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Bilingualism in French and English is beneficial, adding value in our global setting.

Tâches et responsabilités:
Responsable de l'initiation, de l'exécution, du rapport de suivis et de la clôture des projets. Créer et maintenir les projets et les commandes de vente dans SAP. Travailler avec le responsable des services de remplacement du revêtement, le superviseur et l'équipe de support technique pour planifier et exécuter avec succès les projets de remplacement du revêtement. Préparer des propositions pour les services de remplacement du revêtement. Maintenir le contrôle des documents, la gestion de la base de données, suivre les activités des projets et la communication de l'équipe. Planifier, organiser et surveiller tous les arrangements d'expédition jusqu'à leur réalisation. Traiter les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels pour s'assurer que tous les travaux sont terminés comme prescrit et que toutes les factures sont traitées en temps opportun. Utilisateur clé pour l'émission des bons de commande pour les matériaux de projet. Faciliter toute la logistique de voyage lorsque nécessaire (vols et hébergement). Faciliter toute la logistique de formation lorsque nécessaire (exigences SSE). Soutenir l'équipe de remplacement du revêtement avec la création et la révision des rapports de fermeture. Examiner et analyser les coûts des travaux et les marges des travaux. Soutenir les processus et procédures des services professionnels. Communiquer efficacement et avec précision les informations pertinentes sur les projets aux membres de l'équipe. Facturer les clients pour la facturation périodique et finale. Toutes autres tâches assignées.
Qualifications et expérience:
Diplôme en ingénierie, commerce, administration ou équivalent. Compétence technique en SAP (système ERP). Un haut niveau de compétences informatiques est essentiel, y compris MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook et les applications Salesforce. Expérience dans des organisations/relations matricielles complexes, expérience en gestion préférée. Compétences en gestion du temps supérieures à la moyenne pour travailler dans une organisation dynamique à rythme rapide. Compétences financières liées aux projets de service.
Compétences et aptitudes:
Bilinguisme (français-anglais). Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois. Compétences en communication efficaces, y compris verbales, écrites et de présentation.
