Are you passionate about helping others? As a Senior Relocation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting senior citizens as they transition to a new chapter in their lives.
This opportunity is perfect for recent retirees, stay-at-home parents, or part-time professionals looking to earn extra income without a fixed schedule. Work hours are project-based, offering flexibility with the potential to transition to full-time employment based on business needs and your availability. Part-time employees may work from 10 to 30+ hours per week. No specific experience is required, but an ability for logistics and details along with excellent customer service and communication skills are essential!

Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and Downsizing: Assist clients in sorting through their belongings, following their guidance on what to organize, keep, donate, sell, or discard. Approach the process with sensitivity and empathy, respecting the sentimental value of items while helping to streamline their possessions for their new living environment.Organization and Space Optimization: Maximize space and functionality in clients' new residences. Implement in-home storage solutions and systems tailored to their needs, ensuring easy access to essential items and promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.Packing and Unpacking: Safely and securely pack clients' belongings for transportation, using approved materials and techniques to protect fragile or valuable items. Upon arrival at their new residence (if local), unpack items with care, arranging them thoughtfully to create a welcoming and functional living space.Assisting with Auctions: Sort, declutter, clean, and build auction lots from estate contents. Create well-organized lots to be photographed and write thorough descriptions for our online auction site, CTBids.com. This is not a primary task but may be required occasionally.Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, team members, and all others involved in the move process. This includes Senior Community Resident Directors, Movers, Realtors, and other third-party vendors. Address any concerns or questions promptly, offering reassurance and support to alleviate anxieties.Benefits:

We cover Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee counties. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to these areas are essential.
