ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activitiesMove supplies and boxes within the client’s homeMove supplies and boxes within the client’s home Lift boxes, decor, and some furniture within the home and to new locationsSort, organize, and pack household goods for moving or saleSafely pack and unpack goodsDispose of unwanted items for donation or removalDeliver and ship items purchased through online auctionsInteract with clients, their families, and other coworkersPerform various tasks as no two days are alikeSkills Excellent communication and listening skills Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with older adults Curiosity and willingness to learnQualificationsMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAccess to a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management appsAvailability for part-time hours is essential, as no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hoursMust be able to pass a background & drug test High School Diploma or equivalent required BenefitsThis position offers opportunities to hone your leadership skills and grow in your role while making a difference in the lives of local familiesFlexible scheduling & competitive pay Direct contact with people in your communityPaid training provided Competitive payFlexible hoursCompany Culture and EnvironmentOur team is fun-loving and passionate about helping people, creating a supportive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
