Crown Relocations are looking for a Relocations Sales Consultant to join their team in Ruislip, West London
This role is 100% office based.
Position Statement
The role of the Relocations Sales Consultant is an integral one within the Private moving Sales Team. As part of our front-line Sales team, you will act as the first point of contact with our customers. A strong Customer Service focus will be required to ensure that we drive our private customer business with a desire to secure business. A team player is essential for this role.
Key Focus Areas
Understanding of the Relocations sector and competitive landscape is advantageous. Cultural awareness and sensitivity. Capable of maintaining and developing long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Understanding of the sales disciplines. Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Ability to accurately input and manage data.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Customer Interaction and Support
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Engage with customers via video chat to understand their moving needs and provide accurate advice and guidance. Conduct virtual surveys to assess customer requirements and secure bookings at the agreed sales margin. Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
Surveys
To interact with private customers via video chat to provide accurate moving advice and guidance and will conduct the virtual survey and to secure the booking at the agreed sales margin. There will also be the expectation that new sales opportunities8 will be actively sourced and follow up upon through relationships with providers and stakeholders. You will secure bookings in line with agreed monthly targets.
Pricing and Booking
You will have responsibility for proposing the best commercial pricing for relocating customers. This price will provide the best value household goods pricing to ensure Crown is the relocation provider of choice for our customers. You will need to establish the best operational cost for each competitive opportunity and provide job costs directly into Interact for all quote opportunities. You will ensure that correct margins are applied to all proposals and then produce a Service proposal detailing the service offering to customers within the agreed timeframe. Ensure all sales proposals are followed up.
