Job Title: Reltio MDM Architect (Onsite)

Location: Hartford, CT

Roles and responsibilities:

Strategizing Planning and executing coordinating across Business leader (Deric) IT Leader LOB Leaders and Architecture team to ensure the clients requirements are met and delivered.

Understanding Data processing mechanism and Data architecture and should be able to interpret client challenges and requirement to the tech team and Cognizant management.

Keep regular checkpoint with clients to understand the on-ground challenges and address them in an efficient manner.

Understand the business and technical requirement and work with team to deliver the committed product in committed timeline.

Accountable to lead the team for overall delivery along with other functions like those of resourcing estimation and planning.

Manage strategic and transformative programs with complex technology stack and globally distributed teams using the Agile Scrum approach.

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of IT experience.

Strong experience managing Data management projects that involves large data volume complex integration patterns and transformation.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record on client management as well as technical presentations.

Experience managing an MDM program is a value addition.

Experience working on Safe Agile model will be a value addition.

Certifications Required: Certified Reltio MDM Professional Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 09/29/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $158,000.00 – $186,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
