The Tech Line Remanufactured Parts Order (RPO) and Support Analyst will be responsible for managing the remanufactured parts order process and providing technical support to ensure efficient operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background , excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the remanufactured parts order process with a target response time of 24 hours (preferably same day).
+ Analyze Tech Line reports and manage call loads efficiently for RPO orders, including callbacks.
+ Perform administrative office functions as directed by management.
+ Create and analyze reports related to key department operations.
+ Ensure accurate and complete documentation in the Tech Line contact system.
+ Determine the accuracy of reports and identify key indicators of potential problems.
+ Confirm if RPO orders and stated symptoms are consistent.
+ Follow up with dealership personnel as necessary for clarification and assist with repairs or the collection of additional data for analysis.
+ Escalate RPO contacts to Supervisor/Management review when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of automobile service shop experience (hands-on repair experience at a dealership is preferred).
+ Proven ability to articulate technical information via phone with good grammar.
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, for building reports and dashboards and analyzing data sources.
+ Ability to create and analyze reports related to key department operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in inventory management, customer service, and data entry.
+ Customer service-oriented approach with experience in handling parts inventory.
+ Ability to process and manage remanufactured parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
+ Technical support experience for internal teams and external customers regarding remanufactured parts.
+ Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to remanufactured parts orders and support requests.
+ Strong coordination skills to collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments.
+ Attention to detail in maintaining records of orders, support requests, and resolutions.
+ Experience in identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remanufactured parts order process.
+ Knowledge of compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Work Environment
The work environment involves a fast-paced office setting where you will use various technologies and equipment. Typical work hours follow a standard business schedule. The dress code is business casual. Occasional driving and use of company vehicles may be required, subject to a driving record background check and approval.
