We’re Looking For:
The responsibility of the Remarketing Coordinator position is to develop and maintain strong customer service skills and support their respective team in every aspect of LaneLink’s business. The Remarketing Coordinator must provide excellent customer service to all clients, recovery vendors, auctions, and customers.
You Will:
Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support, and ability to answer or research the answers to internal and external customers
Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm the resolution
Review, process, and audit various remarketing timelines deemed by the client (e.g., pick-up times, condition reporting times) and handle all additional client requests related to remarketing
Monitor and process accounts in all internal system queues as directed.
Act as liaison between client and auction
Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google products, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems
Miscellaneous clerical duties to include filing, copying, and administrative support
Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities
Must Have’s:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Competent office skills are required. Daily use of Google products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.
Nice to Have’s:
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing.
Implement and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to stated values and business ethics.
Exhibit professional excellence and consistently work as a teammate, supporting other members of the team.

Compensation Range of
Hourly: $18.00 - $20.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
