The Role:
As a Influencer Brand Associate, you will be an integral part of a dynamic Brand Management team, executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive impactful brand stories. You will be responsible for independently running campaigns, ensuring that brand objectives are met, and providing expert guidance to both clients and influencers. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Execution: Assist Brand Managers in organizing client kick-off calls and ideating influencer campaigns that deliver authentic brand experiences while achieving client objectives.

Client & Talent Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients and influencers, ensuring both parties’ needs are met and proactively addressing any issues that arise. Manage expectations and coordinate necessary changes with both clients and internal teams.

Logistics Management: Coordinate travel and accommodations for talent when required, and assist with on-site facilitation during talent production.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance throughout its lifecycle, ensuring objectives are being met and identifying optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics: Compile and deliver final recap reports for clients, focusing on key metrics and campaign results to support renewals and ongoing success.

Invoicing & Administration: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and oversee financial processes related to campaigns.

Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Qualifications You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields, with exposure to platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Project Management Skills: Experience in organizing, managing, and executing large-scale influencer campaigns from start to finish.

Social Media & Branded Content Expertise: A strong understanding of digital and social media marketing trends, especially in the influencer space.

Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and a focus on providing first-class customer service.

Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication both written and verbally with clients, influencers, and internal teams.

Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Talent or Influencer agency experience: Familiarity with and a passion for Talent and Influencers- Managing schedules, including booking meetings, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Communicating with clients, casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals on behalf of the influencer.

Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.

A valid passport and willingness to travel when needed.
