PathologyWatch, the dermatopathology division of Sonic Healthcare, is a leader in Digital Dermatopathology, providing innovative solutions to dermatologists across the U.S. Our mission is to enhance accuracy, affordability, and accessibility in pathology by modernizing medical diagnostics.

We are seeking a highly skilled AR (Account Representative) Manager to oversee the AR team across all U.S. regions. This role is critical in managing, training, and supporting ARs to ensure they effectively assist Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs), drive new business opportunities, and support existing clients. Additionally, the AR Manager will be responsible for managing Revenue Sales Operations processes and systems, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination across sales functions.

Manage and support ARs across all U.S. regions, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer support priorities.Monitor team performance, set KPIs and productivity benchmarks, and ensure accountability for results.Conduct regular coaching, training, and development to enhance AR effectiveness in supporting TSRs and clients.

Oversee and enhance Revenue Sales Operations processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and CRM utilization to optimize sales workflows.Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, rev ops, and operations teams to streamline revenue operations.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize AR support for TSRs, ensuring strong coordination and responsiveness.Monitor and improve lead qualification, follow-ups, and account support to maximize revenue potential.Analyze sales and customer support trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.Act as the key liaison between ARs, TSRs, and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Work with National Revenue Operations to refine lead generation strategies and improve the AR team’s ability to nurture and qualify leads.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes customer service and sales efficiency.Preferred:Experience in medical sales, pathology, dermatology, or digital health solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field.
