Hours of Operation: Off Peak M-F 8AM-8PM EST. On Peak (Starts in September or October) is M-Sun 8am-8pm EST.

About the Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative role:
\n \n \n\n \n \n
As a member of the Healthcare Call Center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
\n \n \n\n \n \n
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

Requirements

We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n \n \n100% attendance in training. No time can be missed during our training period if given a position.
\n \n \nExcellent communication skills
\n \n \nAbility to Type 25WPM
\n \n \nKeyboarding and software proficiency
\n \n \nGreat problem-solving skills
\n \n\n\n \nAbility to effectively multi-task
\n \n \nHigh school diploma, GED or college degree
\n \n \nAbility to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
\n \n \nSuccessful completion of background check is required for this position
