In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting motions to compel from template, meeting & conferring with opposing counsel, and general case management. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: + Applicant must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. + Licensed to practice law in the state of California + Familiarity with CCPs + Proven experience drafting motions + Strong attention to detail Candidates can sit outside the state of California but must be California-barred. Candidates within the Los Angeles area willing to come into the Century City office on a hybrid basis will be given greater consideration. This is a contract opportunity, with the possibility for full-time hire by the firm based on performance during the contract period.
