Remote Call Center Representative - Part Time
100% REMOTE CALL CENTER JOB OPPORTUNITY - SECOND SHIFT JOB THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY IS PART TIME - 26 HOUR WORK WEEK MONDAY – THURSDAY 6PM – 11PM + SATURDAY 12PM – 6PM (YOU HAVE TO COMMIT TO THIS SHIFT, IT WILL NOT CHANGE) YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT: WINDOWS 10 OR 11 COMPUTER + A WIRED USB HEADSET + AN EXTRA MONITOR $20/HR Qualifications: + 2 years of call center experience (prior remote experience preferred) + Excellent communication skills + Ability to follow a script + Microsoft Office proficient Description -National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients (i.e. Computershare and Georgeson) -Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response -This is a contested proxy meeting where one side has said I don’t believe management is doing the right thing for the shareholders, and we need to fire them and here are the replacements to run the Board of Directors to replace management. -The job is to say that the information you received asking you to vote is not accurate, and they are not caring about you as an individual investor. They will then direct them where they can vote moving forward. -Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side, management has your best interest in mind. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
