Responsibilities:
As a Remote Call Center Sales Agent, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that guides customers in selecting and booking unforgettable shore excursions. Your role includes:

Selling and closing bookings for shore excursions via phone and email.

Using expert sales techniques to maximize new and existing bookings.

Identifying customer needs and making tailored recommendations to close sales.

Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise.

Building strong relationships with customers through positive interactions.

Navigating multiple applications, including our website, CRM, and booking systems.

Managing follow-ups and resolving booking-related inquiries efficiently.

Collaborating with team members through video meetings, email, and chat.

Continuously improving through coaching, training, and feedback.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Sales Rockstar: 1+ years of proven success in a high-volume, professional sales call center.

Customer-Focused Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy Multi-Tasker: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, and data entry.

Problem Solver: Critical thinker with strong listening, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.

Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Thrives in a sales environment with targets and goals.

Team Player: Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setting.

This is a temporary position thru Spherion that could lead to permanent employment with Shore! Once hired in with Shore, you can receive the following benefits!

Position Details & Benefits:

Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM ET).

Competitive Pay: $19 per hour.

Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision options after 90 days.

401K with Company Match.

Paid Time Off: 10 vacation days, six personal/sick days, and six corporate holidays.
