Remote CAM Agent
Overview CubeSmart is seeking a Remote CAM Agent to join our Call Center team. The CAM Agent will support new and existing CubeSmart customers from across the nation virtually via video chat. Leverage technology to rent cubes, take payments, administer accounts, and everything in between. You will be a resource for in-store teammates, allowing them to better serve customers who desire an in-person experience. Who we are: At CubeSmart, we’re intentional about culture. Assist customers with rentals, vacates, payments, and all other areas associated with the customer experience. Deescalate customer issues, and provide timely follow-up with solutions. Effectively document interactions in HIVE. Ongoing communication with in-store teammates. Provide reporting and feedback Actively sell storage cube rentals and ancillary products. Assist with collections and foreclosure process Other duties as assigned Qualifications Sound communication skills via video chat. CubeSmart, in-store operational experience. Adequate computer skills, specifically with video chat, outlook, HIVE, and Excel. Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service. Comfortable with change, and a desire to solve problems.
