A mortgage company in San Diego is looking for a REMOTE Compliance Manager to join their executive leadership. This individual will provide guidance on all federal and state regulations impacting the mortgage lending businesses, analyze new and changing consumer laws and regulations through regulatory change management process and disseminate information to applicable business areas for implementation. They will develop, track, review, and publish policies and procedures related to federal and state statutes, regulations, and rules as well as system changes and updates as needed. They will assist in preparation and oversight of annual state filings, post-closing due diligence findings/audits, regulatory reporting, such as HDMA and NMLS MCR to ensure accuracy. The Compliance Manager will have ~3 direct reports. This is a fully remote, direct hire position.
