Remote Contact Center Agent
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from home handling potential claimant inquires and claims. The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. **Responsibilities:** + Answer inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. + Maintain a professional and respectful manner in all communications. + Accurately input data collected during calls. + Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions via webcam. **Requirements:** + Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment + Must speak and read English fluently. + Reliable internet connection which must be plugged in directly, No WIFI + Personal computer with a minimum Requirement: 20 Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload + USB headset for clear audio communication. **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour **Schedule Details:** Monday- Friday.
