Summary:
Responsible for working with customers to ensure the customer receives the highest level of service and support in regard to managing his/her food service needs. Provides exceptional customer service by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns via phone, email and/or chat. Receives, processes and tracks food service orders accurately and efficiently ensuring that orders meet the specific dietary requirements and preferences of patients. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of menu offerings, special dietary needs and allergen information to assist customers effectively. Collaborates with healthcare facilities, patients, nursing and food service teams to coordinate mean delivery, special requests and any changes in dietary needs. Handles customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, empathy and focus on swift resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for reporting and quality improvement purposes. Ensure that all customer interactions align with company service standards and quality benchmarks. Ensure that all interactions and processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
