Supports business request for development and statistical reporting from Ross timekeeping systems\. Candidate is expected to execute Standards of Practice in providing system support, trouble\-shooting Kronos issues as needed and executing training and testing efforts to support timekeeping system users\. The candidate will also be instrumental in system enhancement activities\. The base pay range for this role is $22\.02 \- $31\.83\. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. AS, ASM and SM Associates in Stores and Exempt Corporate and Merchandising roles are also eligible to receive a Bonus based on individual and business performance\. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** **Customer Support:** • Supports end users of HR systems with issue resolution\. • Troubleshoot concerns related to system access or system functionality and assist end users\. • Support all functional components of Ross timekeeping systems including integration, configuration, and hardware • Support assessment and identification of productivity needs and inefficiencies • Support working sessions with system vendors and other departments as necessary to resolve and improve Ross timekeeping solutions **Systems Administration:** • Executes system upgrades activities • Assist with the set up/add UKG codes, agencies, scheduling systems, etc\. as needed\. • Execute quarterly audit processes • Execute system test plans as application changes and enhancements occur • Collaborate with all necessary company departments as needed to support in instances of system outages, issues, upgrades, and integrations • Update and create pay rules and work rules in Timekeeping systems based on company and state law changes and/or expansions • Assist with maintenance of company business structure and perform required changes as requested • Collaborate with IT departments for system hardware upgrades and support issues **Other Job Duties:** • Execute special month\-end and year\-end reports as directed\. • Execute training and technical support either telephonically or when necessary • Collaborate with business users to update user training guides and communication plans as necessary • Escalate to other members of the HRIS team as needed\. • Special projects as assigned **COMPETENCIES:** • Collaboration • Effective Communication • Conflict Management • Accountability & Execution • Business Acumen • Planning and Organizing • Learning On the Fly • Leading by Example **QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:** • Four Year Degree Required • 2\+ years of direct UKG experience \( UKG Pro WFM , UKG WFC preferred\) • Must be able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and possess a sense of urgency • Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of associates • Attend to detail with accuracy **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:** This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others\. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position\.
