What You'll Do: + Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals. + Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations. + Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies. + Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication. + Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs. + Achieve individual and contractual service level goals. + Manage client profiles and manage special requests. + Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control. + Deliver exceptional customer service using effective phone communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years. + Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience. + Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required.
