The starting base compensation for this position is $16.10 to $30.86.The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

What You'll Do:
Provide online booking tool support, managing various queues efficiently.
Respond to calls and emails, assisting travelers with profile and booking inquiries.
Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals.
Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations.
Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication.
Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.
Manage client profiles and manage special requests.
Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control.
Deliver exceptional customer service using effective phone communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years.
Expertise with airline ticket exchanges.
Experience with Concur and Deem with online booking tools is required.
Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience.
Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required.
