Remote Customer Service Representative

Responsibility Statements 

\n\n Improves participant decision-making process by advising participants on plan provisions.\n Responds to client-specific inquiries, including telephone and web correspondence.\n Completes transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision.\n Meets timeliness and accuracy standards.\n Documents calls by creating detailed notes in the case management system.\n Completes callbacks in a timely manner and escalates as appropriate.\n Adheres to call center metrics and guidelines within established procedures.\n Explains the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion.\n Performs other duties as assigned.\n Complies with all policies and standards.\n\n

 

\n\n High school diploma or GED \n Office work environment, 40 work hours per week\n Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:\n Computer Skills: knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook Excel, Microsoft TEAMS) a plus but not a dealbreaker as long as they have basic minimum skills on a PC\n Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening – At TA recruiting discretion\n Must be receptive to coaching and training \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,000- 37,000.
