Overview Our Customer Service Representative help solve problems, answer questions and provide information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. While working with customers, you will be expected to provide outstanding support and assistance. Please see additional details below: The pay for the position is $15.50/hr. This is an ongoing temporary position where the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hrs./week during peak times. Any hours worked for the position will be between Mon – Fri, between 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time. This is a fully remote position. Gallagher will provide you with all the equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. How you'll make an impact You will deliver high-quality client service consistent with Gallagher standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. Our Customer Services Representatives respond to questions via phone in a call center environment. This role requires you to solve customer issues, regarding employee benefits, where you'll research their problems and process documents. There is an expectation for someone in this role to maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. About You Requirements: High school diploma. Customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Nice to have: A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR and/or payroll. Call center experience.
